The Randolph Room is located on the first floor of the Asheboro Public Library and includes a collection of items fundamental to the study of genealogy and local history for Randolph County.  Visitors may learn more about Randolph County's historical sites and local family heritage.  The collection is non-circulating because of the subjects and types of material it contains; however, patrons are welcome to visit and use materials in-house.  Resources are available in many formats: print, microfilm, computer, CD-ROM, photographs, maps and much more!

Also, see our Collection Guide for information on holdings, how to get started with genealogy, and useful forms for the genealogist.

Memorials and Donations

The Randolph Room gladly accepts monetary donations.  Please make your check payable to The Randolph County Public Library: Randolph Room.
