Replies and/or questions to clarify your request will be sent to your email
address. Be as specific as possible, as that will help us find the
information you need.
Our goal is to answer questions
in 48 hours. Please understand that the librarians will first answer
questions by patrons in the library, telephone inquiries second, and
e-mail questions as time permits. Due to the reduced staff available
on weekends, questions may not be answered between Friday evening and
Sunday night; that is, a question sent over the weekend will possibly
not be answered until Monday morning.

Genealogy and Randolph County history questions should be submitted to the Randolph Room librarians. You can do this by using our Online Genealogy Request Form.
